Hello,

A recent software update to Apple iOS version 16.2 contained a new feature called iCloud Private Relay. This feature, if turned on, can slow down the transmission of photos and videos through the Polaroid Wi-Fi Photo Frame 3.0 App which can in some cases result in 'failed to send' messages being received. If you are using an Apple device and have turned on iCloud Private Relay and are experiencing 'failed to send' messages, you can resolve the issue by turning off iCloud Private Relay before sending photos or videos. You can change the setting for iCloud Private Relay on your Apple device by opening the Settings App, select your name at the top, select iCloud, select Private Relay, turn off Private Relay.

Hello,

We are aware that our photo/video sharing network is currently down for scheduled maintenance which includes a new server upgrade. This process should be completed within 2-3 business days. You may notice that the QR code and Frame App functionality is disabled until the server upgrade is completed. In other words, you will not be able to transfer photos/video to the frame via the App until the new server is online. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
